[IG HOP] Pretty Pink Posh January 2025 Release - Fox Holder Birthday Card Duo

Hi there,

Pretty Pink Posh first collection of the year is packed full of Valentine's Day products that are perfect for showing those around you that you care about them. While this release includes super duper cute Valentine items, I decided to go for birthday cards featuring the adorable Fox Holder to show you that you can use this die all year long, depending on the accessories you give them, and Pretty Pink Posh has the most amazing accessories in the Cupcake collection and Mug collection!

I started off by cutting two large Eyelet Rectangle panels out of kraft cardstock. I masked the stitched edges with washi tape and created a colorful stenciled background on each panel.

I placed the Circle Grid stencil on the first panel, and created a white base first using white pigment ink. I shifted the stencil a little bit to the right, and added colors using cracking campfire, scattered straw, peeled paint, specked egg and chipped sapphire oxide inks. I mixed copic opaque white ink with water and added splatters all over the panel using a slim brush, and did the same with fossilized amber distress spritz.

Next I placed the Square Grid stencil on the second panel, and created a white base again using white pigment ink. I shifted the stencil to the right, and added colors using seedless preserves, picked raspberry, kitsch flamingo, carved pumpkin and scattered straw oxide inks. Again, I mixed copic opaque white ink with water and added splatters all over the panel using a slim brush, and I did the same with fossilized amber distress spritz.

I set my panels aside to dry, and cut all the pieces out of colored cardstock. Here is a detailed list of the die sets I used: • Fox Holder - fox • Valentine Holder Additions - presents, bows, heart cheeks • Baby Mug Additions - stars • Birthday Mug Additions - party hats, pieces of cake • Party Balloons - balloons • Valentine Cake Pops - tiny circles (on the bows)

I attached each of my Eyelet Rectangle panels to a 5,5 x 4,25 inches panel and then to a card base, and then I assembled and attached all the bits and pieces to my panels using liquid glue and foam squares. I gave each Fox Holder a pair of wiggly eyes, applied glossy accents on their nose, and added highlights and details to the elements using a white gelly roll pen.

Next I created two identical greetings, but in different colors. I white heat embossed "It's time to" from Party Time on colored cardstock and trimmed them into slim banners using a Sentiment Strips die. I also white heat embossed "Party" from the same stamp set on dark cardstock, cut them using the matching die, and then attached each greeting to a card using foam squares.

It's day 2 of the Pretty Pink Posh January 2025 Release Blog Hop, and I'm thrilled to be back with this sparkling colorful shaker card showcasing a mix and match of previously released items like the the Winter Mug, and brand new products like the super cute Valentine Cake Pops. And as very often, the color palette was inspired by the shaker material I used on this card: the Strawberry Valentine confetti mix.

I started off by cutting a large Eyelet Rectangle panel out of Strathmore bristol smooth cardstock, masked the four scalloped edges with washi tape, and colored the panel using spun sugar oxide ink. And I created a pattern using the Layered Heart Sprinkles stencils along with vintage photo, worn lipstick and festive berries oxide inks. I splattered water on the panel, and dried it with a paper towel, mixed some copic opaque white ink with water and used a slim brush to add more splatters on my panel, and I did the same with worn lipstick distress spritz.

Next I worked on the shaker mug, and followed those steps:

1. Cut a Winter Mug out of pink cardstock, and used the Valentine Mug Additions heart die to cut an opening out of the mug

2. Cut a whole Winter Mug out of acetate, and attached it at the back of the pink mug using liquid glue

3. Still at the back of the pink mug, I added foam strips all around the heart window and on the rest of the mug as well

4. Poured some Strawberry Valentine confetti inside the heart window

5. Cut a whole Winter Mug out of light pink pattern paper, and attached it to the foam strips to close the shaker mug

I die cut all the bits and pieces out of colored cardstock, and here is a detailed list of the die sets I used: • Valentine Cake Pops - cake pops, bows, sprinkles • Big Valentine Cupcake - whipped cream • Valentine Mug Additions - strawberries, rose, heart stick.

I splattered white ink on all the die-cut pieces, and once everything was dry, I assembled all the elements, and then attached them all on my Eyelet Rectangle panel using 1mm and 2mm foam squares. I white heat embossed "Love" from Valentine Greetings on red cardstock, cut it using the matching die, and attached it to the heart window using foam squares. I attached my panel to a 5,5 x 4,25 inches sprinkle themed panel using 1mm foam squares, and then to a white card base using liquid glue. To finish the card, I glued a heart on each bow, to add sparkles I added liquid glue on some spots, sprinkled fine glitter on the glue, let it dry, and removed the excess glitter with a fluffy brush.

Sunny Studio - Window Trio Heart Tropical Card

Hi there,

I'm thrilled to be back on the Sunny Studio blog with this cute and colorful card featuring the amazing Windows Trio Heart Portrait die that I mixed with jungle themed images to create a lovely tropical card.

As very often I started off with the coloring and stamped all my images on 110lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink. I cut them all using the matching dies, and colored everything using my Ohuhu markers and Graph'it brush markers. Here is a detailed list of the stamp sets I used: • Silly Sloths - sloths, flowers, leaves • Love Monkey - vine • Tropical Birds - large leaves.

To create the background, I first cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches green tropical panel out of a Summer Splash paper, and I attached this panel to a white card base. I cut another 5,5 x 4,25 inches panel out of yellow cardstock, I trimmed this panel into a 2,25 inches wide scalloped panel using a Ribbon & Lace Border die, and attached it to the green tropical card base using 1mm foam squares.

Next I cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches light brown woodgrain panel, cut three Window Trio Hearts out of it on the left side, and trimmed the panel into a 2-1/8 inches wide panel using another Ribbon & Lace Border die. I cut another 2-1/8 inches wide panel out of a Polka Dot Parade paper, attached the woodgrain heart panel to the polka dot panel using 1mm foam squares, and then to the left side of the card base using liquid glue.

To finish my background, I cut three different hearts using a Gift Card Envelope die, I white heat embossed "Let's hang out" from Silly Sloths on one of them, and then I attached a heart inside each Window Trio Heart using 1mm foam squares. I stuck all the images on my card using 1mm and 2mm foam squares, and finally added highlights and details using a white gel pen.

Lawn Fawn - I Heart Pandas Ta-Da Diorama

I'm so happy to be back on the Lawn Fawn YouTube Channel & Blog with this super cute Ta-Da Diorama showcasing the lovely pandas from I Heart Pandas + I Heart Pandas Add-On. As a huge fan of tropical themed cards, I had a lot of fun creating this little scene.

I started off by creating the interactive scene using the Ta-Da Diorama die set + Ta-Da Diorama Simple Hillside Insert. For the background, I used the Bambo stencils along with salvaged patina and peacock feathers oxide inks, and for the side panels, I used the Tropical Leaves Background stencils along with mowed lawn and rustic wilderness oxide inks. The front panel is Light Brown Woodgrain cardstock, the inserts are Algae cardstock, and the Double Slider Surprise handles are Tide Pool cardstock. I stamped all the images on 110lb Neenah solar white cardstock using Jet Black ink, used the matching dies to cut them all, and colored everything using my Ohuhu markers.

I added highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen, attached them all both on the front of the diorama and on the inside, and I added white blizzard nuvo drops to the butterflies wings. For my greeting I white heat embossed "I'm lucky yo have a friend like you" from Magic Messages on Textured Cancas Yellow cardstock, cut it using the circle die from the set, cut my yellow circle in half, and attached each half to a side panel using liquid glue.

Pretty Pink Posh - Happy New Year Shaker Card

Hello there, happy new year!

This is my first card of 2025, and I'm happy to announce that I'll be staying in the Pretty Pink Posh design team for another term! Yay!! For the occasion, and also to celebrate the new year, I went for a super duper extra shiny and sparkly shaker card that I had a blast working on using a whole bunch of Pretty Pink Posh recent and previously released items. And how fun it was to play with this amazing kraft + white + gold + silver color palette!

I started off by cutting a 4,5 x 3,25 inches panel out of kraft cardstock that I stenciled using the starry stencil from the Spooky Sky stencil pack along with white pigment ink. So, I added a bunch of white stars to my kraft panel, and then added texture. I mixed some copic opaque white ink with water, and used a slim brush to add splatters to my panel. I also added gold shimmer splatters and silver shimmer splatters to match with my color palette.

I cut an Eyelet Rectangle panel out of white cardstock, and once my kraft panel was dry, I attached it to the white panel using liquid glue. I also cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches grey shimmer panel, and attached my scalloped panel to it using 1mm foam squares for dimension.

Next I cut the different bits and pieces to build and assemble my Champagne Flute Shakers:

1. Cut a Champagne Flute Shaker frame out of holographic cardstock

2. Cut a whole flute out of acetate, and stuck it at the back of the flute frame using liquid glue

3. Still at the back of the flute, added foam strips all around the edges, following the shape of the flute frame

4. Poured a bunch of Celebration shaker beads inside the frame

5. Cut a whole flute out of yellow gold cardstock, peeled the backing papers off the foam strips, and stuck the yellow gold piece to the foam strips to totally close the Champagne Flute Shaker

6. Repeated those steps to create a second flute

I attached my two Champagne Flute Shakers to my kraft panel using liquid glue, and then die cut several items from different sets out of gold glitter, silver glitter, white glitter, holographic, and white cardstock. Here is a detailed list of the die sets I used: • Christmas Lights Garland - light string, light bulbs • Big Dump Truck - light bulb caps • Party Hats - hats • Birthday Mug Additions - stars, scalloped details on the hats • Big Celebration Cupcake - fireworks • Big Christmas Cupcake - firework center pieces.

I assembled all those pieces using liquid and foam squares, and then attached them all on the panel using foam squares again. And for my greeting, I cut the word "Celebrate" from the Gift Card Bag die set out of dark grey glitter cardstock, and stuck it to the card using liquid glue.
