Pretty Pink Posh - Potted Daffodils Gift With Purchase

I'm super happy to be back with this lovely Scallop Box Card showcasing the beautiful Potted Daffodils stamp set, which is the free gift with purchase at Pretty Pink Posh on the occasion of their 10th Birthday Release. Please check the graphic down below for more details about this free gift.

I started off by stamping my images on 80lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, cut them all using the matching dies, and then colored everything using my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and my Graph'it brush markers.

Along with the Potted Daffodils, I picked a hedgehog, leaves, flowers and butterflies from Hedgehog Friends. And once the coloring was done, I added highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen.

Next I cut all the Scallop Box Card pieces out of kraft cardstock, as well as the decorative panels out of a minty green pattern paper from the Welcome Autumn 6x6 paper pack by Echo Park. I assembled everything, and then stuck my images inside the box using 3mm glue dots and liquid glue.

For my greeting, I started by cutting the Friend Shadow Script twice: in yellow and in white. I glued the yellow one on top of the white one, but shifted it a little bit to the right to create a white border, and attached it on the front of my Scallop Box Card using liquid glue. Next I white heat embossed "Just checking in" from Potted Daffodils on grey cardstock, trimmed it into a slim banner a Sentiment Strips die, and finally attached it below "Friend" using 1mm foam squares.

Sunny Studio - Food Themed Tags For Valentine

Hello there,

I'm so happy to be back on Sunny Studio's blog with this set of five colorful tags showcasing, as very often, multiple things. My plan was originally to make one tag only, the one with the burger and fries, but I had so much fun making that tag that I decided to use the other signs from Cruisin' Cuisine to make more.

I started off by stamping all my images on 80lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, I cut them all using the coordinating dies, and colored everything using my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Graph'it brush markers.

Next I worked on my greetings, and started by stamping five big greetings using Lawn Fawn premium dye inks: • "Happy Valentine's Day" from My Heart using Lemonade ink • "You're My Favorite" from Lovey Dovey using Freshly cut grass ink • "Thank You", "Happy Birthday", and "Make A Wish" from Big Bold Greetings using Guava, Bubblegum, and Merman inks.

And then I white heat embossed five phrases from Cruisin' Cuisine and Words Of Gratitude on dark gray slim banners: "You're the burger to my fries", "Have a sweet day" (twice), "Franks a lot for always being there" and "Soy happy we're friends".

Next I used the Scalloped Square Tag largest die to cut five panels out of different Classic Sunburst pattern papers to match my food trucks. And to make my panels rectangle and not square, I started off by die cutting the top of the panel and not the bottom. I shifted the die down about an inch, and then cut the bottom of the panel and not the top. I did the same with white cardstock to create five white tags that I glued at the back of each colorful tag using liquid glue.

To mute the front of each tag down a little bit, I cut five vellum panels using the smallest die from Stitched Rectangles, attached images and greetings on each of those vellum panels using 1mm foam squares, and then stuck them on the tags using liquid glue. I finished each tag by adding highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen, and added black & white gingham ribbon at the top of each tag.

So, it's no secret that I like bright and colorful cards, and when it comes to birthday cards, I love to use rainbow colors to make them extra festive. So this is what I did on today's card, and I really love how it turned out. And stay tuned for more packed with colors cards during the next couple of weeks!

I started off by totally covering a 5,5 x 4,25 inches Strathmore bristol smooth panel with salvaged patina oxide ink. Next I used the Layered Balloons Stencils along with more oxide inks to make my background super festive. In rainbow order, I used: picked raspberry, spiced marmalade, mustard seed, mowed lawn, peacock feathers and wilted violet. And for the balloons tails, I used white pigment ink.

Next I added texture: I mixed some copic opaque white ink with water and used a small brush to make splatters all over my panel, and then did the same with black soot oxide ink to bring more contrast.

I set my panel aside to dry, stamped my images on 80lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, cut them all using the matching dies, and colored everything using my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and my Graph'it brush markers in rainbow colors, just like the background. And in addition to the images from Party Time, I picked a kitty from Cuddly Cats, and gifts from Birthday Wreath.

Once everything was colored, I cut the largest Eyelet Rectangle out of vellum, temporarily taped it to my Layered Balloons panel using washi tape, and attached all my images on the vellum using 1mm and 2mm foam squares.

My greeting is from Party Time. I gold heat embossed "Let's" on white cardstock and trimmed it into a slim banner using a Sentiment Strips die. And I white heat embossed "Party" on pink cardstock and cut it using the matching die. I attached both pieces on my panel using foam squares.

Next I attached my balloon panel to a white card base, next the vellum panel using liquid glue only behind the images, I applied a little bit of morning dew nuvo drops on the pink hearts, and finished my card by adding highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen.

Lawn Fawn - Mix & Match Platform Pop-Up Spring Card

I'm so happy to be back on Lawn Fawn YouTube Channel & Blog today with this taste of Spring and this lovely garden scene, with strawberries and flowers, and some fun little goats. This card was actually a request from my mom. It will be one of her best friends' birthday in a few days, and this friend, she has a big garden, she grows strawberries every year, and she also has goats and hens. We have all these things in the Lawn Fawn stamps collection, so it was the perfect timing for a new video.

As very often I started off by stamping all my images on some 80lb Neenah solar white cardstock using Jet Black ink, I used the coordinating dies to cut them all, and colored everything using my Graph’it brush markers and my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers.

Here is a detailed list of the stamps I picked: • You Goat This for three goats • Critters On The Farm for the fence • Berry Special for the strawberries and the bee • Garden Before 'n Afters for the flowers • Wild Wolves for the big rock • Eggstraordinary Easter for the grass.

After the coloring, I started working on my Platform Pop-Up card base, and cut two main panels out of Strathmore bristol smooth cardstock. On each of those two panels, I colored the scalloped top section with shabby shutters and mowed lawn oxide inks to make grass, and colored the rest using antique linen and vintage photo oxide inks to make soil. I also cut three small hills that I colored to be grass as well, and that I attached on a t-shape piece. With all those elements, I was able to build my platform. Once my platform was assembled, I attached some images on the front on each side using 1mm foam squares, and for the images on the inside, I used a mix of liquid glue and 3mm glue dots with acetate strips to stick them all. And I finished the card by attaching my white heat embossed "Hope your day is the G.O.A.T." greeting from You Goat This on the front of my Platform Pop-Up card.

Sunny Studio - Winter Love Birds

Hey there,

I'm thrilled to be back on Sunny Studio's blog with this winter card featuring two Love Birds which is a set I like a lot because you can use it for all the seasons: color the birds in aqua, bright pink or yellow and you get tropical birds, color them in brown and they're perfect for Fall, and color them like I did on today's card, and you get beautiful winter birds. So many possibilities!

I started off by creating the background, and I wanted to get a snowy sky so I used lost shadow and hickory smoke oxide inks along with a cloud stencil from my stash to achieve that. And once my 5,5 x 4,25 inches Strathmore bristol smooth panel was covered in clouds, I added some texture to make it more interesting: I mixed some hickory smoke oxide ink with water and used a small brush to make splatters all over the panel, and then I did the same with black soot oxide ink and with copic opaque white ink.

While my panel was drying, I stamped my images on 80lb Neenah solar white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, I cut them all using the matching dies, and colored everything using my Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers and Graph'it brush markers. And along with two birds, the branch, flowers and leaves from Love Birds, I picked the birdhouse, nest and two birds from Little Birdie, and the snowflakes from Holiday Hugs.

Next I stuck all the images on my panel using 1mm and 2mm foam squares, leaving enough space for my sentiment, and once everything was attached, I stamped my "Sending winter hugs" greeting from Holiday Hugs using black Versafine ink. As always I finished my card by adding highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen.
