Pretty Pink Posh - Arctic Fox Holder

mercredi 28 janvier 2026

Hello there,

I'm happy to be back with this lovely winter card showcasing a mix & match of Pretty Pink Posh items, including the beautiful Winter Trees from the November 2025 release, and the Fox Holder, from a previous release, that I turned into an arctic fox.

I started off by cutting a Pierced Snowflake panel out of Strathmore bristol smooth cardstock, and created a beautiful pink snowflake pattern using the Snowflake Background stencil along with kitsch flamingo oxide ink. I mixed copic opaque white ink with water and used a slim brush to add white splatters all over my panel, and did the same with brushed pewter mica spray for sparkles. Next I used the Nature Essentials die to cut a frame out of grey cardstock, and stuck that frame to my pink snowflake panel using 1mm foam squares. And finally I attached my panel to a white card base.

Next I cut all the bits and pieces out of colored cardstock, pattern paper, white cardstock, white glitter cardstock and silver glitter cardstock. I added white splatters and sparkling splatters to the colored cardstock pieces, sparkling splatters to the white cardstock pieces, and let everything dry. Here is a detailed list of the die sets I used:  Fox Holder - fox, ears, belly, face, tail, nose and mouth  Valentine Bucket Additions - heart cheeks  Fall Mug Additions - leaves, berry branches, mushrooms, dots on the large mushroom die  Christmas Holder Additions - large snowflakes  Christmas Bucket Additions - small snowflakes  Winter Trees - trees  Penguin Mugs - scarf.

Next I assembled everything. I stuck each colored tree to a white glitter tree, and shifted them a little to get sparkling white borders under each branch. I glued berries to the grey branches, assembled the snowflakes and mushrooms, gave my arctic Fox Holder googly eyes, heart cheeks and a scarf, glued grey dots on the forehead and put a winter bouquet in his paws. And then I attached everything to my card using 1mm and 2mm foam squares.

For my greeting, I white heat embossed "Let it" and "Snow" from Let It Snow on black cardstock. I used the matching die to cut "Snow", and cut "Let it" into a slim banner using a Sentiment Strips die. Finally, I added some last details to my card: I applied glossy accents to my arctic Fox Holder nose and dots, white blizzard nuvo drops to the pink berries to give them a frosty look, and glued a tiny snowflake in the center of each snowflake using confetti from the Winter Wonderland mix.
